Registration/payment is deemed as acceptance of these booking conditions and will be confirmed by email as specified during registration

The Champions’ Academy do not accept liability for any personal injury or death of any attendee howsoever caused. The Champions’ Academy do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or additional costs incurred due to situations beyond the control of The Champions’ Academy, including but not limited to, weather, war or terrorism

If you need to cancel your booking you must inform The Champions’ Academy as soon as possible. All cancellations received by The Champions’ Academy will be subject to the following conditions:

Up to and including 14 days before the first day that a child is booked onto a camp, a 50% refund will be issued

A refund will not be issued for any cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the camp (first day booked for the attendee)

Attendees withdrawn from a The Champions’ Academy camp, for any reason, once that camp has started, will not be entitled to any refund

The Champions’ Academy will not tolerate unruly behaviour from any attendee. Unruly behaviour includes but is not limited to, fighting, bullying, offensive language or any behaviour which is detrimental to the quality and enjoyment of the camp for other attendees. The Champions’ Academy reserves the right to withdraw an attendee from a camp based on the aforementioned behaviour and no refund shall be given.

When Coaches/parents/relatives/friends attend the camp in a spectator capacity they agree to behave accordingly and will not act in an intimidating/offensive manner toward any attendee of the camp, other spectator or The Champions’ Academy employee

There may be some instances when The Champions’ Academy have to cancel a camp, if this is the case you will firstly be offered a space at the next camp, if this is not suitable a full refund will be given

The Champions’ Academy can use any photographs/video taken of your child during the camp for the purpose of promoting future events organised by The Champions’ Academy unless informed otherwise in advance. 

Your child may receive medical attention from trained professionals in the event of an accident

Playing sport at any level carries an inherent risk of physical injury. The Champions’ Academy will take all reasonable measures to avoid any attendee being injured during the course of a camp. By registering to take part in The Champions’ Academy camp attendees are voluntarily assuming the risk of injury and agree that The Champions’ Academy are in no way liable in the event of such an injury occurring

We will hold your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy which is available on request

We will retain your details given to us electronically or on paper and we will use your data for registration purposes and to send you emails with news of deals and promotions and updates from time to time from ourselves. We will not share information or date with third parties.

Photos or videos must not be taken by parents or visitors to The Champions’ Academy unless authorised by The Champions’ Academy directly and in accordance with our Child Protection Policy (details of which can be obtained on request 

Your details will be added to our mailing list. There is an opportunity to un-sub subscribe to this service should you wish to stop receiving our newsletters.

All attendees must register at the camp designated point and be “booked in” with our member of staff. Their attendance must be recorded at each session.

Attendees must be collected from the grounds on completion of the session. Should you make alternative arrangements with your child The Champions’ Academy must be informed in advance and will not be held liable.

Attendees are in good physical condition and that you know of no medical or other reason why they are not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Any change in medical condition MUST be advised to The Champions’ Academy and our internal records updated.
